4kg Of Turkey Breast On The Bone
Dark Meat has been removed making this a more manageable piece of poultry to work with!
Thaw - Refrigerator: 18 hours per kg. Once thawed do not refreeze.
Conventional Oven - Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F). Place breast side up on a rack in a roasting dish.
Place two cups of water in the dish. Cover with foil. Cook for approximately 40 minutes per kg.
- Product will be shipped frozen and should be cooked within 24 hours of defrost
- Do not re freeze defrosted meat or poultry.
