Absolutely, to make changes to your order after is confirmed will require the assistance of the ONLINE TEAM via email.

We will require information regarding your payment method. 

  • Credit Card additions will require the CVV on the credit card used for the initial order to be emailed to the online Team.
  • PayPal customers will receive an invoice detailing additions.  
  • ZIP customers will be required to make additions via PayPal or Credit Card (advise via email all credit card details)
  • Changes can only be made prior to 2pm on your order cut off day.

DAY ONLY & WEEKEND DEALS cannot be added to existing orders as deals. You will need to re order these items on a new order.

If we do not receive payment method advice with the request the additions will not be made.

Changes to orders cannot be made after delivery run cut off or during periods of peak demand such as Christmas, Easter & Lockdowns.

Changes cannot be made through the store, you will be referred back to the online team.

Changes to orders will require payment to be made at the time of the change via your payment method for the original order with the exception of ZIP payments. 

Orders will not be updated until payment has been confirmed. 

If you change your order after it is confirmed itt will not change service and shipping costs.

However, if you wish to cancel your order and re submit that may effect service and shipping costs. 

You can request cancellation via email. Please note refunds are processed through the payment Gateways and the time taken is at their discretion.  

Orders cannot be cancelled after the order cut off time or after your order is shipped.
